Welcome to the Hoquiam School District Food Services Department

  • The Food Service Department is excited to announce that we have been
    approved to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision Program for
    the school year 2018-2019. This is the program that allows us to serve
    FREE breakfast and lunch to ALL students’ grades K-8.
    Please be sure to fill out the Family Income Survey following the income
    guidelines provided. Income over the guidelines should check the box
    “Household does not qualify”. Sign and return document to your
    student’s school office. This survey is to be completed by only our CEP
    Schools – K-8 ONLY. The survey is an important tool to secure much
    needed state funding for certain educational programs for students.
    Although Grades 9-12 (Hoquiam High School) did not qualify for the CEP
    program, they are a part of the National School Lunch and Breakfast
    Program!!! Watch your mail for information and check the Hoquiam School
    Districts website under Food Service for information about the National
    School lunch and Breakfast Program.
    Information includes: LETTER TO HOUSEHOLDS
    and the HOUSEHOLD APPLICATION FOR FREE AND REDUCED–PRICE
    MEALS.
    This information can be printed off to be filled out or you can pick up
    an application at your school.
    Income guidelines for “Who Should fill out an application” is provided on
    the Letter to Households.
